WattGym is the collaboration of two well established fitness brands, CrossFit Darlington and WattFitness Teesside. We have brought the best qualities of both together under one roof to produce a state of the art training facility.

Over the last 5 years we have been devoted to solving the problems associated with physical, and as an extension, mental well-being. We offer a variety of programs and services concerned with how to perform and live well. We address issues such as how to perform for sport & work, how to master movement, how to understand your bodies needs and requirements, and, as a result, learn more about yourself. We are interested in more intelligent kinds of:
